How do I check/track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can also log in to your My Account page and view your Orders to check the latest status of your purchase.
If you checked out as a guest or need additional assistance, contact our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll be happy to provide an update.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and easy:
- Browse our collection and select the Meguiar’s product you want.
- Choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Review your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method.
- Complete your payment and place your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your order details, and we’ll begin processing it for dispatch.
When will my order be processed?
We know you’re eager to receive your Meguiar’s products! That’s why we process most orders within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS with all the shipping details so you can track its journey to your doorstep.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to deliver your Meguiar’s products as quickly as possible. Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–2 hours, while deliveries to other parts of Kenya usually arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
